Over 6 weeks, you will experience some of the many different forms that meditation can take, finding the one that most resonates with you. Following the 6 weeks, you will have developed a regular practice that will support you to go deeper expanding your lives experience.

 

In 6 weeks we come together once a week for 2.5 hours discovering the benefits of cultivating a practice of meditation.

Week 1 - Introduction to what Meditation will bring you. 

Week 2 to 6 - Each week you explore a different form of meditation from Soul Journeys to Mindful Meditations

 

This class is offered as a group class with a maximum of 5 participants.

This powerful teaching is enhanced by group energy learning and growing together and so perfect to do together with your friends. The group rate of €185.00 per person.

This workshop is a 2 part, 3-day event with the first 2 days training, being followed by 1 further day after practicing empowering your Hoop for 30 days.

 

Part I: In this workshop, you will learn about the Hoop of energy which surrounds each living entity.

  • Gain understanding of your own Hoop, your personal space and that of others.

  • Clarify what you want more of in your life and how to bring it into your Hoop.

  • Learn how to cleanse your hoop of energies you don’t need while empowering your Hoop with the energies you do want in your life.

  • Discover how and why you give your energy away and how to call it back.

  • Following this shamanic Hoop practice, the shift in your energy flow and feelings of being balanced and self-esteem will increase.

 

Part II: You will gain even deeper understanding and awareness of your hoop, and how to keep it empowered and strong.

 

  • Learn how to sanctify your Hoop.

  • Discover the dance to call the energies of the four directions into your Hoop.

  • Increase the power of your Hoop exponentially, enabling you to live a fully empowered life.
     

The requirement to participate in Part II is that you have practiced daily with your Hoop continuously for 30 days.

 

Maximum of 5 participants

Practicing Soulful mindfulness will bring improvements in both physical and psychological symptoms as well as positive changes in health attitudes and behaviors, teaching us to better navigate and function in our lives with more joy and less stress or pain.

 

The program consists of eight weekly group sessions of 2,5 hours each, plus one full day during which you learn and develop the basic skills to live a Soulful mindful life.

After the last session, you will have developed the necessary tools to continue by yourself, integrating the awareness exercises into your daily routine.

Tools you will learn to use to reap the Benefits of Soulful Mindfulness Practices for Improving Emotional and Physical Well-Being:

 

  • Learn how to Live in the Present moment – Release worries of the past and or future

  • Discover how to use the breath as your compass – Disengage your Auto-Pilot

  • Move your Body – Stagnant bodies lead to stagnant minds

  • Daily Meditation – You time to reflect and connect with how things are with you right now Soulful Mindfulness is a habit, it’s something the more one does, the less effort it takes… it’s a skill that can be learned. 

  • It’s accessing something we already have.

 

Follow up sessions are offered following the eight-week training.
